Sign-in will start at 8:15 a.m. The program will begin  at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The meeting ends at 4:15 p.m.

The cost for registration is $60. Refunds are not available. Instead, registrants can transfer their registration to another meeting or colleague.  A minimum of 25 registrants is needed per meeting.
