Title: School Psychologist

Qualifications:

1. A master’s degree
2. A valid certificate to practice as a school psychologist

Reports to: Director of Student Services

Job Goal: To maximize the school educational experience of all students through adherence to the 10 domains of practice for a school psychologist; according to NASP standards: Data-Based Decision Making and Accountability, Consultation and Collaboration, Interventions and Instructional Support to Develop Academic Skills, Interventions and Mental Health Services to Develop Social and Life Skills, School-Wide Practices to Promote Learning, Family-School Collaboration Services, Diversity in Development and Learning, Research and Program Evaluation, Legal, Ethical, and Professional Practice.

The Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities (OCECD) is looking for a fulltime Administrative Assistant for our Marion, Ohio Executive Office location at 125 Executive Drive, Suite 200, Marion, OH 43302. OCECD is the Parent Training and Information Center for Ohio (PTI). We are a statewide nonprofit organization that serves families of infants, toddlers, children, and youth with disabilities in Ohio; educators; and agencies who provide services to them. We work to ensure a meaningful and relevant education for all children and youth with disabilities in Ohio.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, including familiarity with Access, PowerPoint, and Google Drive. Experience with formatting documents in Word, Adobe Acrobat, and PPT. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Director and perform daily office duties at our Marion Executive office. Serves in a supporting role to the Assistant Director.
