The Ohio Related Service Personnel Network is an information sharing network for related service personnel in Ohio schools. We maintain a database of professionals, school administrators, program directors, consultants and others who work with children in Ohio Schools. Persons can join the database via direct request, an online sign-on form, or registration for an ORSPN event. Persons can unsubscribe at any time. Our email is sent through Mailchimp.

Information other than name collected by ORSPN is limited to:

Profession
To allow ORSPN to observe the participation of various professions in our events and communications in order to provide resources, information and activities that pertain to those professions.

School System 
To allow ORSPN to observe the interest and engagement of professionals in various parts of the state so regional meetings can be located to reach them.

Phone number 
To allow ORSPN to contact event registrants or others who have asked specific questions or have communication or registration issues to resolve.

Email address
ORSPN uses email as our primary means of providing information and resources to the members of our database. Group messages are blind carbon copied to conceal email addresses.

ORSPN offers text messaging in order to inform Regional Meeting registrants of an emergency cancellation and rescheduling information. ORSPN does not use messaging for automated marketing or informational text messages for any other purpose. Regional Meeting registrants are offered the option of providing a text number on the Regional Meeting registration form.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive emergency meeting cancellation and rescheduling text messages from Ohio Related Service Personnel Network (ORSPN) . Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when opting into this service on your registration form, or any other number that you designate.

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. You can also cancel by sending a request to jmurphy7380@gmail.com or bmgeorge173@gmail.com.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at jmurphy7380@gmail.com or bmgeorge173@gmail.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time.
